Incomplete and Failing Grades

An “I” grade indicates incomplete work in a class.  It is the student’s responsibility to complete the course work before the third week of the following term.  If the work is not completed by the third week of the following term, the “I” grade will be changed to the grade earned for all completed coursework.  If the grade earned is an “F”, it becomes the student’s responsibility to repeat the course when it is offered again.  A student cannot graduate if he or she has an “F” in any required course and must repeat all required courses in which an “F” was earned.  An equivalent class may be substituted with approval of the College President.  Refer to the appropriate student handbook for those requirements
