Admission to: LPN to RN Bridge

Consideration for admission to the LPN to RN Bridge Program is based on the following:

  1. All Applicants
    • Graduation from an approved LPN program
    • Current, valid, and unencumbered license as an LPN
    • Nursing Program Application and related components (includes fee)
    • Interview with the College Representative
    • Meets TEAS requirements (Reading-60, Math-60, Science-50, English-55)^

Individuals interested in the LPN to RN Bridge program are to follow these procedures: (1) Attend the Institution's nursing information session, (2) Take the Nursing Entrance Exam, (3) Apply to the nursing program, (4) Interview with a campus representative (5) Receive notification of admission decision, (6) Complete enrollment paperwork, financial planning, and submit seat fee, (7) Complete required screening immunizations, background checks, and acquire supplies. 

^ Graduates of the West Virginia Junior College Practical Nursing program are exempt from the TEAS examination requirement.
